Light in the Dark

No matter how dark the darkness becomes, any amount of light casts out darkness. Throughout John's first letter, there is a consistent refrain. "Our God is light" and "if we walk in the light as He is in the light." May we not only respond to the light of God in our lives, may we be the light of the world (Matthew 5:14).
